Tidal swings of upwards of 6-10 feet make hunting the Columbia River a challenge as well as the weather. High winds and rain are just some of the many factors to fight our way to some limits other than just worrying about hiding your boat or people. You also never know what birds we will see in that area, Mallards, Pintails, Wigeon, Teal, Spoonbills, Gadwall or even divers like Bluebills and Canvasbacks. It is one of the coolest places on the planet to waterfowl hunt.
Mario is joined by Kyle Killen from Weatherby and his dad Dirk, Shawn Skipper from Leupold and David Bingham an MLS Soccer player. Jett and Nitro are on tap to retrieve all the birds, so we hope you enjoy the madness.
On this trip we give the new fully flocked wigeon, pintails and spoonies a run and the birds eat it up.
