Sandhill Crane numbers, bag limits and seasons are expanding in Canada and the U.S. All of us at Final Approach wanted to bring affordable and realistic Sandhill Crane decoys to the market for the Crane hunter who only shoots a few a year to the diehard Crane outfitters and hunters who chase them all season. To harvest these intelligent birds you need to get them close and realism is the key as they have the best eye sight in the waterfowl world. In this episode we join Prairie Goose Outfitters and Mark DeRoches and Billy Dougan who have been chasing these prehistoric birds for years. We not only chase and harvest them but the payoff on every hunt is what Crane dish will we have that night in town for dinner. Hope you enjoy it.
