On the final installment of the Alaska adventure DUTV Co-Host Colin Mulligan and the DUTV crew get one of the rarest experiences in the current water fowling world. To hold a beautiful mature Emperor Goose in our hands. We explore the ins and outs of this incredible bird, the challenges they face and how DU and others are working to protect the critical and largely untouched landscape of Alaska. We also take another deep dive into the importance of Izembek Refuge and another special species of waterfowl, or subspecies we should say, the Cackling goose which we will go into a further explanation of in a future episode in Oregon.
