The Sacramento Valley is for sure on the list of places everyone wants to duck hunt and Speck and Snow hunt. This episode Mario and the crew go to waterfowl heaven as we get to hunt a Private Island that is maintained and groomed to hold waterfowl, feed them and be able to shoot a few. Long time friend Steve Hawkinson from Kupt Up and MLS goalie David Bingham show us what Cali is all about on Tom’s Island. The pond we are on in this hunt was loaded with Specks, Wigeon, Pintails, Spoonies and more when we scouted it and it goes exactly like planned. Specks in your face, because of Steve and Lance’s calling and Nitro and Jett get to retrieve some of the nicest birds of the year. A banded Speck puts a cherry on the top of this hunt. If you are a speck hunter it does not get any better than this.
