This edition of spring snows in Canada with Tyler Mann and Andy Digout from Saskatchewan Goose Company join Mario, Brad Fenson (freelance outdoor writer) and Tom one of Andy’s friends from Ontario.
This hunt is not a normal snow hunt as we are on the water’s edge on a little back shoot or a sippy pond. This is when the birds head out to eat in the morning and then head to water for a drink mid-morning about 10 am or so. It was a well needed sleep in, and it paid off big time for us.
We have the Knockout blinds brushed right on the edge of the water, so we have a front row seat to finishing birds. We put out Live Snow and Blue Goose Full Body decoys, Last Pass Snow Socks and to make this look as natural as possible we have our Last Pass Snow and Blue goose floaters on the water. Strap in and enjoy this one.
