Long a haven for large numbers of whitetail deer, the Magnolia State has lately made its mark as a destination for traveling hunters nationwide. With some of the most liberal season and harvest limits in the nation, Mississippi is leading the way for outdoor adventures all across the New South. We'll follow two hunters who take to the woods in the southwestern part of the state for a look at the rut in full swing.
