In this episode of Mossy Oak Classics two legendary figures, Toxey Hayes & Tracy Byrd, demonstrate the power of patience, timing, and calling strategy during a late-season turkey hunt. Set in an open pasture filled with pressured gobblers, Toxey and Tracy resist the urge to chase and instead (wisely) rely on smart positioning and subtle calling during sporadic breaks in the wind.
This leads to a truly beautiful site of a monster turkey strutting in the field.
