On this episode of Turkey Season 26, we’re in Missouri at Terry's camp for the final episode of the season, focusing on one tactic only… evening hunts.
It all kicks off with our good friend Mathew Pate and his son Austin in camp after they bought a hunt we donated at the Fox Hole Shootout, supporting Catch-A-Dream, St. Jude, and S.O.L.E. They head out with Forrest and experience an unforgettable evening as a gobbler puts on a show, leading to some of the best footage of the season. Next it’s Terry’s turn. The plan comes together fast when a longbeard comes running in on a string. Evening hunting is often an overlooked tactic, and maybe one we haven’t utilized as much as we should. After these hunts, it’s definitely one we may lean on more in the future.
To cap it all off, Terry’s bird scores big enough to take the top spot on the leaderboard, closing out Turkey Season 26 in unforgettable fashion! We hope you enjoy this episode. Thanks for watching!
