Episode 6 is a behind the scenes look at what all goes into getting ready for duck season and the struggles we have faced with low water. Also after a year of barging materials up the Mississippi River, the camp is almost complete.

From opening day through Christmas, the Lost Brake Boys struggle getting water onto the island. The low Mississippi River provides many obstacles and prevents the guys from flooding the timber on the island.

The Lost Brake Boys continue to fight the MS River in the 2nd half of the season. The cold weather and ducks finally show up just in time as they take a group of veterans on a hunt in the harshest conditions they have ever faced.

After a long rough duck season, the guys switch gears to chasing long beards on the island. In years past the high waters of the Mississippi River have prevented them from turkey hunting at Lost Brake, but this season they finally got the chance and made the most of it.

After a successful turkey season on the island, the Lost Brake boys head west to chase turkeys in the cornhusker state.
