Snow geese have the infamous distinction of being too much of a good thing. Their population explosion in the past thirty years is nothing short of remarkable. But that is not all great news, their breeding grounds on the Canadian Yukon tundra are in trouble. This led to a conservation order in the late 90’s designed to thin light goose populations.
