Join us on our second to last episode of Turkey Season ‘23. This week Mark, Doc, and CoonDog are hunting both Iowa & Missouri mid-day using a variety of tactics! 
Mark kicks us off in Iowa on a deep timber hunt just how he first started turkey hunting back in the 80's. After a morning full of gobbles Mark and Perry strike up a pair of longbeards that closed the distance in the Missouri hardwoods.
Doc’s first bird of this episode was an up-close encounter in Iowa with two toms starting to charge the trophy tom setup. Doc lets the Winchester bark at just 10 steps mid gobble with the Longbeard XR.
Later that day CoonDog and Perry try striking up a bird in mock winds. After the 4th farm, they set up in a perfect field that birds love to come to strut in. Dog makes a few calls on the HS box call trying to cut that wind as Perry tries with the DOD mouth call. Let’s just say it didn’t take long. 
Lastly, Doc is up to bat again but this time in Missouri. With some of the most beautiful footage of the year 5 toms strutting their way into the Avians.
