Alaska the last frontier, need we say more? On this episode Co-Host Colin Mulligan and the DUTV crew make the long journey to the rugged state of Alaska for an incredible bucket list waterfowl adventure. The focus of this episode is the pristine Izembek refuge and the species that is most dependent on it’s one of a kind habitat. We focus on the Pacific Black Brant and the main food source that they depend on. Brant and Eel grass, both abundant in Alaska’s Izembek refuge! We can explore the Alaska Initiative and all that DU is doing to aid in the migration from the Last frontier to many locations across North America.
